Saint Coco James Return Policy

Saint Coco James accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original tags. Full-price items are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Final Sale items are not returnable but may be exchanged for a different size (if available) or store credit.

To initiate a return, please email courtney@saintcocojames.com.

Your return must be shipped to our Roswell, Georgia office within 10 days of receiving your order to be accepted. You may use your own shipping label or request one from us for a $15.00 fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email when it has been processed.

We provide return shipping labels for U.S. orders only. International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
